The repairs system - from both sides of the phone.

portrait
Since September 2025 I've been working inside one of the leading systems housing associations use to schedule repairs. For sixteen years before that, I was the tenant on the other end of the phone, waiting for someone to fix a leak.
Most people who talk about social housing repairs have one of those vantage points. I don't know many who have both.
This site is where I bring them together - writing honestly about what I'm learning in Dynamics 365 Field Service, drawing on twenty years configuring enterprise systems before it, and never forgetting what it's like to be the person the appointment window was written for.
